NEC Classic Motor Show

NEC Classic Motor Show

Show / Festival

For over 40 years, the NEC Classic Motor Show—also known as the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show—has stood as the UK’s premier celebration of classic motoring, held annually at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. Scheduled for 7–9 November 2025, the show promises an extraordinary showcase of more than 3,000 classic cars and bikes, featuring 338 participating car and bike clubs, over 430 exhibitors, and more than 600 vehicles for sale. Spanning several halls of the NEC, the event creates a vibrant atmosphere where both seasoned collectors and motoring enthusiasts can immerse themselves in the rich history and diverse culture of classic automobiles.

Visitors can expect a wide array of engaging features and activities throughout the show. Standout highlights include the Meguiar's Club Showcase, celebrating top-quality cars from UK classic car clubs, and the Iconic Auctioneers Super Auction, one of Britain’s most high-profile classic car auctions. Additionally, the Podcast Lounge offers live recordings of popular automotive shows, while the Meet the Experts Theatre provides live talks, expert panels, and Q&A sessions with motoring celebrities. Families are also well catered for, thanks to the DadCars Family Zone, miniature "Mini-Rovers," treasure hunts, and the opportunity to contribute to the Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership competition by voting for your favorite vehicle.

Planning your visit is made easier with thoughtful on-site amenities and support. Advance tickets—available until midnight on 6 November 2025—offer savings and range from £35 to £94 depending on the ticket type, while door prices are slightly higher. Secure pre-booked parking is available for £13.95, with same-day rates at £18.95. The show is also highly accessible: disabled parking and facilities are thoughtfully provided, and carer tickets are available free of charge with appropriate proof. A digital show guide and app provide full schedules, exhibitor information, and navigational tools to help attendees make the most of the weekend.
